FAQ
About the artist
Who is Laure Blagojevic?
As a committed photographer, I document territories, gestures, and communities that are often invisible or forgotten. My perspective blends a documentary approach with aesthetic sensitivity, with a particular focus on the silent tensions of the contemporary world.
I've been taking photographs for many years. Over time, my gaze has shifted toward what fades, what discreetly resists, what escapes dominant gazes. From this trajectory was born an international project called Valoriser l'Invisible , which aims to make visible endangered skills, changing traditions, forgotten places, and gestures that carry memory—all over the world.
What is the common thread running through your work?
I strive to reveal what lies at the margins: between the sacred and the everyday, isolation and density, disappearance and permanence. Valuing the Invisible perfectly illustrates this approach.
Have your works been recognized?
Yes. Several of my photographs have been selected or awarded prizes by international galleries, including 1x.com . Some have also been presented as part of the Leica Tour , a traveling exhibition in France promoting the author's perspective and contemporary photography.
