Welcome to the Studio of Laure Blagojevic, photographer and author.
I invite you to discover a sensitive and intuitive photographic work, nourished by the moment and the invisible.
"Life is fulfilled in the interaction between what is available and what, while remaining unavailable to us, nevertheless 'looks' at us. It occurs, as it were, on this border line." Harmunt Rosa
I photograph what life brings me. I let it come, then shoot in front of what “looks at us.” More than freezing the moment, what matters to me is transmitting the emotion felt: a vibration, a tension, a trace.
My gaze seeks to reveal the unseen—that which resists.
It is this attention to the discreet, the non-spectacular, that gives birth to my projects Valoriser l'Invisible and Présences . One questions little-documented gestures, professions, places, or traditions around the world; the other explores the power of a shared presence, without intention, where the image emerges from the simple quality of being-there. Two ways of making visible what often escapes dominant narratives—and yet makes up our humanity.
